So here we are...

chasing the ghost of safety & kicking hell out of liberty. I've spent the last few days listening to the Alito confirmation hearings. Entertaining, that. Republicans sucking dick minus the concept of actually asking any useful questions while the Dems ask ask away in ultimately futile attempts to actually weasel any pertinent info from this company man hopeful... & I found myself thinking that Supreme Court justices are actually more important in the scheme of things than these brief administrations that we are permitted to elect.... So why is it that we, the American populace (tho generally stupid & lazy as fuck) are not the ones who choose these particulary important fuckers? Huh? Will someone please let me know?! I just spent at least ten minutes digging thru Google trying to find the reasoning behind this appointment shit... But now Annica is on her way to pick me up to go get burritos (Veggie? Chile relleno? Who can say?) and then hopefully achieve soddeness (Whiskey? Vodka? Pabst?) while watching a bad (The Cave? Mr & Mrs Smith? Vertigo?) bad movie. My hands are quite full of the American Way.

In other news, the Iraq War still sucks so bad it's really just off the fucked-beyond-belief chart. You should check out 4th25, a rap group composed of American soldiers stationed smack-dab in the middle of the shit in Iraq. I can't say that they are great or even good, but they do have a very fucking unique vantage. Def check out their video. It's buried in the website somewhere. Ok. She's here. Its drunky bad food movie time.

God bless this spurious little heart and/or nation of mine.
